“We suffer more often in imagination than in reality.” — Seneca

I think many of us can relate to this. Most of the time, the negative voice inside our head prevents us from expressing our true selves. We always fear uncertainty and the worst-case scenario in any journey.

By doing so, we deprive ourselves of enjoying the experience of the journey. This fear also limits us from exploring things that are outside of our comfort zone.

We worry too much about the negative outcome and, we almost forget that some unknown experiences can provide us with lifelong lessons.

We also tend to forget that sometimes we are strong enough to overcome any uncertainty and obstacles in our journey.

Thus, we should not be fearful of the negative consequences as this will only cause suffering. Instead, we should embrace whatever outcomes and always be adaptable in embarking on our journey into unknown territory.
