What makes up a person’s true personality? Is it their actions in happy moments? Or is it how they act under pressure? How someone behaves in a variety of situations can give you clues to their true personality.
However, the most effective way is to monitor their actions. Most of the time, if you observe someone’s action it will show you what kind of person they really are.
Unfortunately, we might have encountered people who are most likely to be “talkers” rather than “doers”. We all know talkers are usually very good with words and, most of the time, they use their words to give you the perception of a doer. For instance, superficially charming people are very good at talking. The problem with this kind of people is that they don’t have any respect for your time, thus, all you can do is observe their actions. Until they keep up with their words, their words mean nothing.
On the contrary, people who are doers will prove you with their actions. Most of the doers will appear decisive and show you with their actions that they are trustworthy, reliable, and can keep their words. Also, by showing consistency with their actions they show respect to you.
