To Change Ourselves
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” — Viktor E. Frankl
There are certain aspects of our lives that are beyond our control. Thus, we must learn to adjust to those situations if we wish to survive.
We also have to accept, if we can’t change any situation, we must take initiative to remove ourselves from that circumstances. Or we push ourselves to change. In this way, we will be more in control of our reactions toward that situation.
We can live more peacefully regardless of our circumstances if we apply this insight.
