Love bombing is one of the manipulation techniques. At the beginning of any romantic relationship, love bombing is typical, and it can positively impact the relationship. However, in the long run, this can turn into abuse and gaslighting.

According to psychologists, usually, narcissists and sociopaths use love bombing as their manipulation tactic to control the other person. Also, there are some other red flags that you need to watch out for.

If you start noticing any of these red flags, it is most likely that you are dealing with a master manipulator. The signs you have to specifically look out for:

  • They only care about what they want and disrespect your wants and need. They often disregard your time and schedule.
  • They flatter and compliment you excessively.
