The premises of stoicism reminds us in our life, there are things that are beyond our control, and we can’t do anything do about them. Yes, there are things that we might be able to control to some extent. Thus, it is very pointless to stress over something that we don’t have any control over. Instead, we should focus on things that are in our control.

Unnecessary worries are simply an obstacle to our happiness. The only way to achieve happiness is to accept and make peace with the uncontrollable things in our life. Besides, nothing is worth more than our mental peace and happiness.
