Having a fragile ego can be a liability in life. People with fragile egos are often hypersensitive to criticism and have a hard time recovering from setbacks. They also tend to be comparatively more narcissistic and self-absorbed.

A fragile ego is often the cause of much suffering, as it leads to a constant state of insecurity and self-doubt. Fragile egos also make it difficult to handle criticism and constructive feedback, as they often interpret such things as personal attacks. All of this can lead to a life of unhappiness and self-imposed isolation.

A fragile ego can have negative consequences in many areas of life. If you find that your ego is frequently fragile, it may be worthwhile to explore ways to Strengthen it. This can be done through therapy, meditation, or other self-exploration methods.

As Bruce Lee once said, “To understand and live now, there must be a dying to everything of yesterday, die continually to every newly gained experience, and be in a state in the choiceless awareness of what is.”
