I think the important thing is to work with someone skilled and competent. Only the person with the proper skills can get the job done. This particularly applies if you are starting your own business or investing with other people.

It’s absolutely fine working with your friends. You just have to make sure the person you are working with is skilled and capable of performing that specific role.
