Yes, you can achieve high self-esteem without external validation.

Your confidence in your own worth and abilities contributes to your self-esteem. It's not something transient like external validation. At first, it might appear that external validation can easily help in boosting our self-esteem, but this thing is momentary.

What if you don't receive the external validation you wanted? Will you start questioning your own abilities and your own worth?

Of course not. You cannot rely on external validation because it doesn't really define you as an individual. It doesn't define your worth. This is why you have to develop your self-esteem by appreciating your flaws and accepting your true self 😊😇
